From Approved Drawings to Production
Production starts with the agreed drawings, dimensions, materials and finishes. The selected container house system determines how the structure, walls, roof and interior components are assembled.
The four stages below outline the main production activities. Inspection checkpoints are covered in the next section.
Walls, Roof & Openings
Install wall and roof panels, doors and windows for the selected building system.
Interior & Utilities
Complete the agreed interior finishes, electrical work and plumbing where included.
Packing Preparation
Identify units and components, protect exposed surfaces and prepare the agreed packing arrangement.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Checks Before Dispatch
Quality checks cover the agreed materials, structural assembly, finishes and installed components. Inspection items depend on the selected container house system and project specifications.
Any issues identified during inspection are recorded and addressed before packing and dispatch.
