Project Overview
The Guyuan grassland project in Zhangjiakou uses 42 modular units to create a two-storey hospitality building for a scenic destination. The accommodation is arranged as repeated guest-room bays with direct exterior circulation and views across the surrounding landscape.
Unlike a standard workforce dormitory, the project brief focuses on the guest experience and visual fit with a tourism setting. Bedrooms and private bathroom functions are planned within the modular room system.
Hospitality Design
Timber-look exterior finishes, pitched roofs, balconies and exterior stairs give the building group a warmer resort character. Repeated roof forms and room modules create a consistent elevation along the landscaped site edge.
Project photographs document the completed guest-room rows, twin and double bedrooms, and a fitted bathroom. The visual set provides clear evidence of both the exterior hospitality concept and the interior accommodation standard.

Project Solution
Repeated modular guest rooms were arranged over two levels with exterior access. Timber-look finishes, pitched roofs, balconies and landscaped frontage adapted the building system to a resort and tourism setting.
Delivery & Result
The completed hotel provides modular guest rooms with twin and double-bedroom layouts and private bathroom functions. Exterior and interior photographs document the finished accommodation environment.
